I haven't cried about a hair cut since I was 11 -- until today. The person who did my hair, styled it before it was cut and pulled and ripped at my hair the whole time. I thought I would barely make it out alive until I described how I wanted my face framed, was ignored and left looking like a 14 year old. I am a professional technician and cannot afford having fringe in my eyes all of the time. When I voiced my worries about my abnormally short fringe, I was told to "get used to it because it's part of the new look" I smiled and left, never to return. I didn't ask for a "new look" I asked for a trim. The scalp massage and the coffee was nice, but I should have spared myself the $100 and done it myself!
